1. What types of craft kits does Gonzalocisterna offer? We offer a wide variety of engaging craft kits for different ages and interests, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your craft kit is on its way!
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened kits in original packaging. If a kit arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Are the craft kits safe for children? Yes! Most kits are designed with safety in mind and clearly state the recommended age range. We use non-toxic materials where possible. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children, especially with kits containing small parts, glue, resin, or scissors.
7. How do I care for the finished crafts?
- Resin art: Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods to prevent yellowing.
- Jewelry & macrame: Store in a dry place.
- Candles & soap: Keep in cool, dry area away from heat. Specific care tips are included in the instructions of each kit.
